Textile Hacking

Textile Hacking was a week long e-textile focused workshop facilitated during Young Creators 2016 in Lisbon, Portugal. During this first edition, the Young Creators program consisted of three different creative technology workshop stations: 3D printing, robotics, and e-textiles. The program was aimed at young people aged 16-25, the objective was to offer them practical training in emerging technologies that promote open-source tools and use DIY (do-it-yourself) approaches to making, prototyping, while developing creative skills.
Textile Hacking was co-designed and delivered with Filipa Tomaz (PT).
